Keith Baldwin
Decades of Technical Leadership
Keith brings more than three decades of experience in field service, with the past 18 years dedicated to IT infrastructure and systems support. A graduate of Colmen University in Applications and Networks, Keith built his career on delivering reliable, scalable, and future-ready connectivity solutions that help businesses operate at their best.
In 1997, he sought out and won a landmark project as survey, design, and training consultant to build the first Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) system in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for US West—demonstrating his ability to lead complex, innovative deployments on a global scale.
Keith’s career includes serving as a Project Manager for DataComm, Inc., overseeing major installs and construction projects for Cox Communications, Time Warner, and Daniels Cablevision. As a Field Engineer with Fluor Daniels Corporation, he was one of the leads on the Level 3 joint fiber build with Global Crossing and XO Communications across the San Diego metro area. In 2002, he was integral in the launch or XS Ventures in San Diego, a web hosting company, where he maintained a 700-node data center system, managed cabling and power distribution, and provided customer support for web clients.
His technical expertise spans structured cabling, low-voltage premise wiring, MDF/IDF build-outs, network equipment upgrades, POS refresh projects, and full-cycle hardware/software deployments. He is also highly skilled in troubleshooting at both the physical and network layers, ensuring fast resolution and minimized downtime.
As CEO of Pacific Coast Data, Inc., Keith leads with a commitment to precision, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices. He focuses on combining technical excellence with strong client relationships, consistently delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Jenn Baldwin
Design-driven, Detail-focused, and Dedicated to Client Success
With over two decades at Pacific Coast Data, Inc., Jenn brings a unique blend of technical, creative, and financial expertise. For 24 years, she specialized in web design, development, and graphic design, holding certifications in multimedia, web design, and desktop publishing. During that time, she partnered closely with clients to create effective digital solutions while consistently providing exceptional customer care—an approach that remains central to her work today.
In addition to her creative and technical background, Jenn has extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations within the technology industry. She has managed billing processes, A/P, A/R, account reconciliations, financial reporting, tax preparation, and client billing inquiries with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every detail. Her work also included assisting clients with billing concerns, email issues, web hosting support, and troubleshooting website and domain-related challenges.
By combining her technical knowledge, design expertise, and financial management skills, Jenn delivers solutions that are both accurate and client-focused. Her commitment to clear communication, dependable service, and long-term client relationships continues to support smooth operations and trusted results.
Patrick Harvey
Path to Technical Excellence
Patrick is a skilled and dependable low-voltage technician with extensive hands-on experience across structured cabling, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, POS, and audio/visual installations. Known for being detail-driven and efficient, with proven success delivering high-quality work in commercial, retail, and industrial environments nationwide. Adept at installations, testing, troubleshooting, and site surveys, with a strong track record of supporting large-scale rollouts and mission-critical systems.
Patrick’s technical expertise spans structured cabling (Cat5e/6/6a and fiber), where he handles installation, testing, certification, and complete MDF/IDF buildouts with racks, patch panels, and organized cable management. He has extensive experience in network and telecom, including VoIP systems, demarc extensions, POTS/PIAB, and full voice, data, and video infrastructure. Patrick is also highly skilled in fire alarm systems, covering installation, design, testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting. His background includes security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarms, as well as POS hardware installation, peripheral setup, and troubleshooting. In addition, Patrick delivers audio/visual solutions ranging from conference rooms and digital signage to speakers and smart devices. He regularly performs site surveys, preventative maintenance, and supports nationwide rollouts, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of environments.
Holding certifications including FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT), OSHA 10, and First Aid/CPR/AED, Patrick brings both technical precision and safety awareness to every project. He is also a qualified HILTI operator for powder-actuated tools.
With a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Chico, Patrick combines formal education with years of hands-on experience.
